Durability of filter/heater/air bubbles unit.

First unit stop working after only 7 months. It was replaced under warranty. The replacement unit stopped working after only 5 months. INTEX refused to replace it because it only had a 3 month warranty. Cost of new unit $ 450.00

User's recommendation: If possible buy other brand.

New product not working

Brand new sand filter shuts off after a few minutes and no contact number for help thats not disconnected.

User's recommendation: Find a local pool store to buy pool products that have real HUMANS to talk to and that will help.

Need to order pool manual

Absolutely impossible to get help from the company. Have had multiple pools from them thru the years. Ive ordered new pumps, replaced tubing, all without issue. All of a sudden they are unable to accommodate my needs. I only needed a replacement section of tubing. I tore it all down and bought another pool from a different vendor. Ill never buy from them again. And will tell anyone seeking a pool to look elsewhere.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Intex.

Replacement

Air leak after 1 season.

I contacted them and ask them if they had a suggestion of how we could test or find the air leak. I didnt ask for a replacement I didnt ask about warranty. Their reply was warranty and a receipt. Mustve been generated automatically. Weve tried everything and thought maybe they could have a suggestion. After that comment I will not consider buying a replacement tub.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy!!!

I wanted them to fix the filter pump that stopped working. Now i want a full refund. I paid way to much for it to stop working and for them not to honor the warranty. They just kept giving me the runaround

I ordered the intex 6 person spa that stopped working after a month. I paid 853 dollars for it. They denied my warranty. Gave me the run around for over a month and Amazon will not stand behind the return. It was expensive for the 2 times it was used. Do not purchase intex portable spa and do not buy large items from amazon, they will bot stand behind the returns

User's recommendation: Don't buy intex or large items from amazon.

We had an 18' Intex pool for the last 16 years. We live in Upstate NY and never had a problem with it, despite the harshest winters. It finally started to become worn, and we "upgraded" to a 20' Intex Prism pool that we were told was "top of the line", "commercial-grade". We had it professionally leveled & installed and in the middle of a MILD winter, it blew apart, destroying landscaping and a deck. Customer Service said, "you're supposed to take the pool down each winter". Every winter drain it, put it away, then reinstall & refill every spring? Won't that put more pressure on the pool? "Supposed to take it down." Can you replace the pool? "Should've taken it down." The pool is 9 months old. Can I get a refund? "Should've taken it down."

User's recommendation: DON'T DO IT!!

Inflatable Pools Are Garbage

Intex Recreation - Inflatable Pools Are Garbage
Intex Recreation - Inflatable Pools Are Garbage
We are onto out 4th Intex inflatable pool for our kids. And they are expensive. The latest one is only one day old and already leaking air. It just keeps happening over and over, no matter how careful we are with them. The patch kits that come with them are entirely useless ... they just fall off. We would buy another brand, but Intex seems to have a monopoly on the market in Australia, so there is nothing else to choose from. There is no Intex Australia to deal with ... instead I have to write to Intex in Long Beach California. We just want a paddling pool that doesn't deflate within a day of set up, or even one that lasts just one summer ... is that asking too much?

Carry bag

I work in a job that I need to carry my bed with me all the time and this bag that comes with this bed is way too small you have to force it and by the time you try to get it in the bag you are all wore out trying to get it in the dinky *** bag released a Aerobed makes a big and a bag so you dont have to try to force it and where yourself out trying to get it in there and it really *** me off because I myself need to carry a bed with me with my job and Im telling you that is a big issue for me.

User's recommendation: If you plan on carried it with you on the job and putting it back in the bag you’ll be wore out before you get it in there and then it doesn’t fit in there all the way.
