As of Friday Feb 14th 2025 the bed that I purchased directly online from Long Beach CA , is now in the garbage due to bad air leak. The bed received late October 2024 was $150 USD Plus $50 USD shipping fee to my South West Manitoba location at a cost of $284.63 CAD at the time, which I used for just over 3 months.
I found that the air leak was coming from the Built-in electric air pump permanently fixed to the bed.
As a long time user of Intex Air Beds this was a very big deception after only 3 months of using the bed.
I am giving them another chance by purchasing another bed via my local Walmart store since I have always had good response from them if a problem occurred. In conclusion for me to reach the Intex Recreation e-mail and phone number has been a big failure in their part, the system would NOT submit, and they do NOT take criticism WELL!!!
- Lot of their equipments is very good
- Hidden defects can appear on some of their equipments

Still waiting for my 2nd hot tub. Was suppose to be delivered march 17. Not impressed with service.
Waiting for a approval for replacement #2. Uploaded pics n cut out.
Would like a answe asap. I only have the original receipt which you have.

We ordered a 4-person hot tub in 2020 during Covid. The hot tub arrived via Amazon on time, was easy to set up, and very comfortable to use.
One and a half years later, we discovered a corrosive hole in the heater element which caused the unit to leak. We ordered a replacement, yet, another one and a half years later, the same issue occurred! The same corrosion in the same place. We are now faced with the choice of buying another $300 part or abandoning an otherwise perfectly good hot tub.
It seems as though they should review the quality of the products they sell.
Customer service is non-existent. They transferred our call to an out-of-company (Intech) service department in some third-world country with no usable solution.

Intex salt water system 92 code
Brought an 24x42 Intel pool.
This is the 2nd yr and the elbow buckled. The receipt was under warranty less than 20 days over receipt and got 0.
No help, then order a dalt system and plug does not work.

Horrible Customer Service
Beware!!! Horrible Company with terrible Customer Service.
I just got off the phone with a Supervisor from Intex. I purchased a $1,200 Greystone Pure Spa that I was able to use for only one season. The vinyl tub got *** in it while I had it stored for the winter. The company is based in California and it never occurred to them that those of us who live in the Northeast cant use the spa year round.
There are no storage instructions in the manual. I can reorder just the tub, which would cost over $250. I had no problem with that but asked if the company could offer a discount or at the very least free shipping. The Supervisor said the policy is to not offer anything once the warranty is expired.
In fact, I could barely understand her because English was not her primary language. She just kept saying the same thing over and over, not answering my question. I asked if I could speak to a different supervisor since she clearly was not understanding my questions. She finally said the Intex contracts The Chinese Call Center to handle all of its customer service issues!!
Stay away from this company! They take your money and then turns its customers over to a Call Center in China!!

I am incredibly displeased with the service I was provided. After I advised the supervisor that my husband was shocked twice, his response to the problem was to 'try again', as if that is going to happen. It's going to cost me $135 to ship it back, so now I have a new pump for a spa I will no longer use.

Broken pump
I have multiple Intex devices the spa was somehow able to shock my husband multiple times. In turn, it destroyed the new Intex pump for the pool and set the wires on fire.
All I was looking for was to speak to a supervisor; I cannot fathom how my husband, who is a union electrician, was able to be shocked multiple times. I don't care if the device is 5 days old or 5 years old-- the fact that any other civilian could have been electrocuted and killed because of a faulty device that no one in your company will take responsibility for is absolutely disgraceful.

No customer service
Trying to get some customer service for some questions about my second burnt out saltwater pump motor. I will be ordering my third pump in about under five years.
Not sure why these pumps dont last longer, I live in Minnesota. I store it in the winter in my home. Gets used three months out of a year. I cant even get three years out of a pump.
When you try to contact by phone, they say theres too many calls and you have to get a hold of another way and then they hang up on you.
And the little live asked me a question goes away as soon as it becomes actually time available. Very frustrating.

Wrong parts shipped
My note to Intex support:I received your B18'X52" UF G05 24R0 12436E and all 18 of the T-Joints are faulty (12427B). I have spoken w/ your Philippine support group and they say they can only ship me 4 T-joints, I need 18 to make the pool. Your product, as shipped is defective - all 18 of the T-joints are missing the connecting button to the leg.
Customer support is non-existing : what good are four T-joints going to do me when I need 18...:0(

Air mattress
ID air mattress keep on deflating and its just 2 months that I bought it,this is not good at all,I go and come every 2 weeks and found my bed like that every time this is very bad and sad

In addition to the GFI in the unit never tripping it physically caused our cord to catch on fire and in turn burned up the brand new pump that we spent $850 on this thing is dangerous and they refuse to take it back
