Bought a intex ultra frame 15 by 48 pool in may 2017 and it is now September 2017 and we have no pool. Very bad customer service.

Pool seams had holes in them 9 weeks after purchase, I called there customer service and they would replace since it was still under 90 day warranty. I received the pool liner 2 weeks later. IT WAS THE WRONG LINER. It was a bigger size then what we had so had to call again and ask for more metal beams to be sent.

They said I was out of warranty so the would only cover it as a courtesy to us. Now they say they will not cover it.

I didn't like: Rude customer service, Defective product, Customer service completely unhelpful, Repeating myself over and over, Poor quality.
