Bought a intex ultra frame 15 by 48 pool in may 2017 and it is now September 2017 and we have no pool.Very bad customer service.

Pool seams had holes in them 9 weeks after purchase, I called there customer service and they would replace since it was still under 90 day warranty. I received the pool liner 2 weeks later. IT WAS THE WRONG LINER. It was a bigger size then what we had so had to call again and ask for more metal beams to be sent.

They said I was out of warranty so the would only cover it as a courtesy to us.Now they say they will not cover it.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Rude customer service, Defective product, Customer service completely unhelpful, Repeating myself over and over, Poor quality.
